To say that working with Tanya has changed my life simply isn't enough. It has completely rebuilt my 'foundations', transformed my inner landscape (and dreamscape) & re-imagined my life in a deeply powerful way. Before my journey with Tanya, I was addicted to alcohol and dependent on antidepressants to remain functional. I was so very disconnected from myself. For years on end, I had been searching for 'something' without knowing what it was, a vague sense that there was more to life than meets the eye. Nothing held my attention for long, until I found Tanya. During my journey with her, I was able to quit alcohol and eventually the antidepressants as well, along with various other medications. Now I cannot imagine going back to my life the way it was. Tanya holds space in an incredible, inimitable way that is so gentle yet SO powerful, with the the highest degree of Integrity. The care and attention Tanya puts into her work often made me feel like I was her only client, though of course I know that wasn't true :) I can truly and wholeheartedly say that I am unbelievably lucky & utterly grateful to have worked with her.
